Return and Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

1. Refunds for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase has been made.
If you experience any issues with your download or believe you have made a duplicate purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase for assistance.

2. Exceptions

We will offer refunds or exchanges for digital products in the case of a technical fault with the file or it the product description significantly misrepresents the item. Please provide detailed information about the issue when you contact us.

Physical Products

1. Returns

Our return policy 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item much be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and can not be a customized order.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if the are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will provide the return address.

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, your should contact us by email and we will provide the return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shpiping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept prodcuts that are customized.

6. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase.
